In Memoriam: MR. JORDAN H. PRINCE
July 26, 2013
It is with great sadness that Decilog notes the passing of our vice-president and long-time associate, Mr. Jordan Prince.
Mr. Prince is distinguished in the commercial and defense industry for his successful career in technical program and business management that has spanned a period of over 60 years.
Mr. Prince joined Decilog in 1973 and provided 40 years of skillful, authoritative, and expert conduct and management of innovative technical programs. His expertise ranged from optical and electro-optical instrumentation to military fire control systems and automated test control systems. When he was not providing direct technical support, his program management and business skills assured that customer contractual requirements were fully satisfied and on-schedule. His loyalty and professionalism were unsurpassed, and his contributions helped in Decilog's success.
Prior to Decilog, Mr. Prince also served as president of Radiometrics Inc. and as director of advanced design at Fairchild Industries.
Mr. Prince earned a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from the City College of New York as well as a masters degree from the Polytechnic Institute in Brooklyn, New York.
Jordan was happily married to his wife Martha for 56 years, and they joined together in a variety of activities, especially landscape gardening (Martha's passion and livelihood) and annual tours to Europe, England, and Scotland.
Mr. Prince will truly be missed by the staff as a business partner, colleague, and friend.
